Individualized Therapy Sessions

Our individualized therapy sessions are designed to meet the unique needs of each client. We work closely with you to develop personalized plans that address specific goals, whether it's improving cognitive function, enhancing physical mobility, or fostering emotional well-being. Fernanda will book a visit and begin with an initial leisure assessment based on the client's needs and goals. From there, she will develop a personalized plan of care that may include anything from a singing lesson or painting session to a walk outdoors, attending a concert, or visiting an exhibition. Your past hobbies and interests are explored to help you reconnect with meaningful activities and support a more engaging life.. Contact us at fernandacunha.music@gmail.ca to learn more.
